Terms of Service
By enrolling in or using the Wings Institute Airport Screener Course online platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Course product
The course is an India-wide online aviation security training programme covering 32 modules, an X-Ray Simulator with 21 frames, 324 quiz questions, and a 100-mark certification exam (60 Theory + 40 Practical, 80% pass on each section).
2. Access and duration
The course is structured to be completed in 2 months. You receive 4 months of platform access from the date of enrolment. Access expires automatically after that period.
3. Fees and payment
Enrolment fee is ₹19,999. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You agree to pay the fee in full at enrolment.
4. Refunds
The fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. See the refund policy in full.
5. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your login. We may suspend accounts for suspected sharing, abuse, or scraping.
6. Certificate
On passing the certification exam (80% on each section), you receive an issued digital course completion certificate from Wings Institute. This certificate confirms course completion only. It is not a government licence and does not constitute BCAS approval. Government BCAS certification is granted only after airline / operator hiring.
7. No employment guarantee
Wings Institute does not promise placement, interview scheduling, or employment. Securing a job is the candidate’s responsibility based on their performance in airline / operator interviews and hiring exams.
8. Content ownership
All course content, simulator imagery, quizzes, flashcards, and certificates are intellectual property of Wings Institute. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercially reuse any course content.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for personal training. You will not attempt to bypass authentication, misuse simulator content, or share gated material publicly.
10. Safety boundaries
This course teaches public-facing aviation security awareness. It does not authorise or instruct any operational bypass technique. Misuse of training content for unlawful purposes is strictly forbidden and may be reported to authorities.
11. Liability
Wings Institute provides the course on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
